In today’s episode we hosted a special guest, Dean Takahashi, a lead writer for GamesBeat for nearly 15 years and prior to that, a journalist at publications including the San Jose Mercury News and the Wall Street Journal.

Dean has been writing about and covering the metaverse for a while now including interviewing thought leaders such as Tim Sweeney (CEO, Epic Games, Matthew Ball, Dave Baszucki (CEO, Roblox), among others, which is exactly why we thought it would be fantastic to invite Dean to be on the other side for a change, as a guest speaker.

Our conversation was broad but especially addressed the evolution of the gaming sector and the role it plays in the emergence of the metaverse as the next frontier of the Internet.
